Lovingly yank yourself out of the hamster wheel of the masculine world and come inner work & inner play with fellow feminine Goddesses during this sweet series.

Cocooned in this safe space, we'll immerse in a life-changing individual and collective journey into the feminine energy. Marta will facilitate entry points for self-understanding, self-exploration, self-expression, and self-transformation, inviting the option of accelerated inner metamorphosis within you.

Entering deeper Inner Work, we will journey into the realm of feminine power, healing wounds, embracing creativity and sensuality, connecting to nurturing qualities, opening gentle and soft energy, as well as healing the wounded masculine within.

This is a journey of softening the sharp bits, accessing a quieter energy, cultivating graceful body language, and celebrating your feminine energy. We will tap into inner work, energy work, somatic work, sound release work, peer play, and journaling. Through this experience we will connect with the subtleness of your feminine energy and inviting the divine union of the feminine and masculine, let us journey within.

This experience encompasses group guidance including Marta's signature style "rooms" guidance, solo support in the safe container of the fellow Goddesses, and time for experience share and discussion.

• Date 1 Session 1 (Awakening The Divine Feminine Within) 

Welcome to the sacred space where we come together in the circle of sisterhood, ready to awaken and honor the Divine Feminine within, inviting your Inner Goddess to rise and express her unique essence. Through soul-nurturing Inner Work practices, you’ll explore your connection to the feminine and set an intention to honor and nurture your feminine energy.

• Date 2 Session 2 (Healing The Wounds of The Feminine) 

On week 2, we will recognize and heal aspects of the wounded feminine that have been suppressed, hurt, or disempowered—whether through cultural conditioning, past trauma, or societal expectations. We will focus on reclaiming wholeness, self-worth, and the ability to honor your innate power. This journey may also touch upon the wounded masculine parts of you. Integrating the healing of the masculine alongside the Divine Feminine creates a balanced and holistic approach to self-transformation.

• Date 3 Session 3 (The Sacred Feminine Archetypes)

Let us explore and embody the different archetypes of the Divine Feminine, such as the Maiden (innocence), Mother (nurturing, protection, creation), Mystic (deep insight), Lover (intimacy, passion), Queen (leadership), and Sage (self-mastery). Our intention on this journey is to integrate the wisdom of each archetype into your life and reflect on where you are in these stages of life, and what each archetype can teach you.

• Date 4 Session 4 (Sacred Self-Care Rituals)
  

Did you know that the Divine Feminine thrives in an environment of self-love and self-care? Caring for the body, mind, and spirit is a way of honoring your sacred energy. This journey of self-love will give attention to cultivate inner and outer rituals that nourish you on all levels.

• Date 5  Session 5 (Sacred Feminine Expression and Creativity)

Your Divine Feminine is deeply connected to creativity and expression. This inner voyage will encourage the channeling of creative energy in any form—whether through art, writing, music, or movement creative practices that allow you to express your essence. We will explore how creativity is a powerful tool for healing, transformation, and connecting with your true essence.

• Date 6  Session 6 (Discovering the Feminine Through The Masculine)

In this journey the Divine Feminine will discover new layers of herself through her masculine partner. This experience will invite curious exploration, self-understanding, self-healing, surrender, vulnerability, play and intimacy. We will explore a dynamic where your partner’s strength provides a safe space for exploration. This session will be equally valuable whether you are currently in a relationship or are not.

• Date 7  Session 7 (Sexuality & Sexual Healing Energy)

This journey will invite the honoring the sacred force of the Divine Feminine sexual energy to embrace your desires, sensuality, fostering self-love and vulnerability. We will also explore the power of the sexual healing energy.

• Date 8 Session 8 (The Union: Embodiment of the Divine Feminine)

The 8th week, will bring it all together with the sacred inner union of your feminine and masculine. It will further invite you to step into living as an empowered, balanced, and self-aware woman, cultivating strength and softness in your interactions, work, and personal and professional life.

• Date TBD  (Short Presentation)

Sacred sisterhood circle with each Goddess sharing her insights from the inner adventure of embodiment of the Divine Feminine.

Note: While our focus will be of the feminine, we will have also have time for healing the masculine within.

Tip: While the sessions are 75 to 90 minutes, you are encourage to book 2-hours in your calendar for integration, contemplation and journalling.

TWO OPTIONS: 6 Journeys or 8 journeys

Your heart can choose between the 6-parts of the series or all 8-parts of the series, with each journey being brilliant and profound. Those with 8-parts will receive a sweet bonus 10-minute private guidance from Marta. We will roughly spend 60-minutes on journey work and 15-minutes for group discussion each session (with an option of extra 15 minutes when the group has a lot to share). Dates will be aligned with all who RSVP.
